The project aims to increase the knowledge base and capacity of Borno female teachers in providing essential life skills to adolescent conflict affected girls aged 10-17. Teachers in the crisis-affected states lack the necessary skills set to deal with the management of a protracted conflict of this magnitude. The training will be beneficial in bridging the skills set and assisting the teachers to support their female students during this period.
